Ardress House is a pretty 17th-century farmhouse in the apple orchard country of County Armagh, enlarged in Georgian times and featuring fine plasterwork by the celebrated stuccodore Michael Stapleton. The house contains a good collection of paintings and period furniture. The farmyard has been restored with traditional breeds of livestock and a display of old agricultural implements.
