Spring & summer hours
Castle and castle cafe open daily from 1 July to 31 October; from 1 November to 28 February 2027 the castle opens for events only and the Playful Garden cafe and shop run Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 16:00. Tours last about an hour; the 10:30 and 15:30 tours can be pre-booked.
Free entry for National Trust members
This place is cared for by the National Trust for Scotland, a separate charity. Under the INTO reciprocal visiting arrangement, National Trust members from England, Wales and Northern Ireland get free standard entry. Show your current membership card at admissions.

£5 for non-members
Main car park at the end of the drive off the A96, £5 per car for non-members, free for National Trust for Scotland members and, under the INTO arrangement, National Trust members. Blue Badge car park about 70m from the castle door, disabled bays, EV charging and coach parking. One-way system around the estate. Stagecoach buses stop in Brodie village, half a mile's walk.
