The oratory is an unguided open-air national monument with free public entry at all times by OPW's right of way; OPW publishes no hours. The private visitor centre keeps its own seasonal hours, roughly March to mid November, and closes in December and January. OPW warns that care and caution should be kept throughout a visit to its unguided sites.
No OPW facilities; toilets, a cafe, a shop and a fifteen-minute film are at the private centre for a charge. The ground around the oratory is gravel and grass, uneven beyond the main viewing area, and the interior is dark and small.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed on Cosán na Naomh, the pilgrim path that passes the oratory.
