The Roe Estuary is a tranquil stretch of mudflats and salt marsh where the River Roe meets Lough Foyle in County Londonderry. It is an important wintering ground for migratory birds including whooper swans, pale-bellied brent geese, and bar-tailed godwits. The reserve offers birdwatching hides and walking paths along the estuary.
