Horsey Windpump is a restored drainage windpump on the edge of Horsey Mere in the Norfolk Broads, built in 1912 to drain the surrounding marshes for farming. The four-storey windpump has been restored to working condition and visitors can climb to the top for panoramic views across Horsey Mere and the Broads landscape. The surrounding estate is one of the best places in England to see grey seals, with hundreds hauling out on Horsey beach each winter to pup, making it one of the largest mainland seal colonies in the country.
