Does Trust Quest include English Heritage locations?
Yes. You can browse the English Heritage locations currently listed in the app and track your visits. We’re researching and adding English Heritage locations. Coverage in the app is currently limited, and we hope to complete the full set by the end of September at the latest.
Why can’t I find an English Heritage location?
Not all English Heritage locations have been added yet. We’re working through the research and adding more places as they are ready. If a place is missing, check the official English Heritage website for visitor information in the meantime.
Can I add an English Heritage membership now?
Yes. Choose English Heritage during setup, or open Memberships in your account to add a Member or Lifetime member card. This enables member prices and your English Heritage passport for the places currently listed. You can hold both National Trust and English Heritage memberships in the app. Adding a membership does not mean that all English Heritage locations are available yet.
How do I track the places I've visited?
Open a place and tap “Mark as Visited”. Your visits build up on your passport and count towards your progress. Sign in to keep them synced across devices.
Do I need an account?
No, you can browse the map, search, and see opening times and prices without signing in. An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) lets you save visits, plan trips, and leave reviews.
How do I plan a trip?
Save places to your wishlist, then group them into a trip and plan a route between your stops from the Trips tab.
How do I delete my account or data?
Go to My Account and scroll to the bottom, then tap “Delete account”. This permanently deletes your account along with your visits, reviews, trips and photos. It can't be undone. If you'd rather we did it for you, email us and we'll take care of it.
