The Trust's page does not say how parking is charged.
Cadw says to turn into the driveway for Meirion Mill and park in its car park, the old station yard, then walk back towards the main road and look for the Pont Minllyn sign on the right just before it; the view is from the old road bridge beside the modern one. The mill, a private shop and coffee shop open daily 10am to 4pm, says there is plenty of parking and a disabled toilet, but neither it nor Cadw publishes a charge or free statement, so the status is recorded as unknown. There is no stopping on the A470 by the bridge.
Driving pin: Meirion Mill, 156 m from Cadw's marker on the bridge. By road: off the A470 at Dinas Mawddwy, following the brown signs for the mill.
Pont Minllyn is a miniature two-arched packhorse bridge over the River Dyfi at Dinas Mawddwy whose tiny proportions and mossy green appearance give it a fairytale feel, though it was built for practical workaday reasons in the early 17th century to let packhorses cross the river. It was paid for by Dr John Davies, rector of nearby Mallwyd and one of the most prominent Welsh scholars of the era, who had a hand in translating the Bible and wrote a Welsh grammar. Its two spans spring from rock abutments onto a central pier with cutwaters; the top is grassed over and the bridge cannot be walked on, so it is viewed from the neighbouring old road bridge. Three generations of bridge stand side by side beside the old station yard, now Meirion Mill. Reviewers call it one of the most attractive bridges they have seen, easy to miss without signs: park at the mill and walk back up the drive to the sign on the right. Dogs are welcome.
Open all year during reasonable daylight hours; no admission charge. The historic bridge itself is gated and cannot be walked on; it is viewed from the drive and the old road bridge beside it. Meirion Mill's shop and coffee shop open daily, 10am to 4pm and 10am to 3pm. Cadw may close monuments at short notice in extreme weather.
Terrain level 2, easy: the mill drive and the old road bridge, with deep water, steep steps and slippery surfaces signed around the river. No facilities of Cadw's; the mill has a shop, cafe and disabled toilet in its hours. Drones are not permitted.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome on a short lead; the bridge is viewed from outside and nobody walks on it. Not relevant; the bridge is not entered.
