Roseberry Topping

Roseberry Topping is a distinctive half-cone-shaped hill on the northern edge of the North York Moors, often called the Matterhorn of Cleveland. Rising to 320 metres, the summit collapsed on one side due to mining and geological faulting, creating its dramatic profile. The steep but popular walk to the top rewards with panoramic views from the Pennines to the coast.
