Cissbury Ring

Cissbury Ring is one of the largest hillforts in England, with ramparts enclosing over 60 acres on the South Downs above Worthing. Dating from the Iron Age, the site also contains Neolithic flint mines over 5,000 years old, making it one of the most important archaeological sites in Sussex.
