Petworth House is a magnificent late 17th-century mansion housing one of the finest art collections in the care of the National Trust, including paintings by Turner, Van Dyck, and Reynolds. The 700-acre deer park, landscaped by Capability Brown, is one of the best surviving examples of his work. The Servants' Quarters offer a fascinating glimpse below stairs.
