The abbey ruins are open all year during reasonable daylight hours with no admission charge. The Coach House visitor centre, museum, cafe and shop are independently run by the charity Hanes Llandoch: Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday 9am to 3pm, Wednesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm, closed Sunday (its website, 17 October 2026), with the Local Producers Market every Tuesday 9am to 1pm. Entry to the museum is free and donations to the charity are welcome.
Terrain level 2, easy: a mostly sloping grassed site with the ruins at the top, generally good for walkers but difficult for wheelchair users; modern and historic steps lead up to and through the monument, smooth floor sections are slippery when wet, and the upper section needs some agility to step over low threshold stones. Toilets and an accessible toilet, the cafe (licensed, with courtyard seating overlooking the abbey), gift shop with guidebooks, exhibition and video presentation are in the Coach House. Drones are not permitted.
Dogs: Dogs on short leads are welcome in the abbey grounds and ruins at ground level; the Coach House cafe's dog policy is not stated.
