Tintagel Old Post Office is a remarkably well-preserved 14th-century stone longhouse in the heart of Tintagel village. One of the oldest domestic buildings in Cornwall, its dramatically undulating slate roof has become an iconic image of the village. The building served as a receiving office for mail in the Victorian era and has been furnished to recreate that period, with one room set up as a parlour and another as the postal office complete with original letter rack and stamps.
