Leigh Woods

Leigh Woods is a large area of ancient woodland on the cliffs above the Avon Gorge, opposite Clifton in Bristol. The woods contain rare whitebeam trees found nowhere else in the world, and an Iron Age hillfort with views of the Clifton Suspension Bridge.
