Tyntesfield

Tyntesfield is a spectacular Victorian Gothic Revival mansion built for the Gibbs family, who made their fortune from Peruvian guano. The house retains virtually all of its original contents, including Gothic furniture, stained glass, and a private chapel rivalling a small cathedral. The 540-acre estate features terraced gardens, a kitchen garden, and extensive parkland with far-reaching views across North Somerset.
