Lyme

Lyme is a grand Elizabethan mansion set in a medieval deer park on the edge of the Peak District near Stockport. Home to the Legh family for over 600 years, the house contains Mortlake tapestries and an important collection of English clocks. The park's ancient herd of red deer, Edwardian rose garden, and moorland walks make it a major visitor attraction.
