The main visitor centre, shuttle and stone-circle paths accommodate wheelchairs, subject to weather and ground conditions; the wider landscape is not accessible to standard wheelchairs.

Dogs at the location: Allowed with restrictions. Dogs on leads may accompany visitors around the visitor centre. Pet dogs cannot enter the stone circle, exhibition or shuttle bus. Indoor cafe and shop access is Not confirmed by the facilities page.

Dog walks in the grounds: Allowed with restrictions. Only the visitor-centre area is confirmed for pet dogs. Do not plan a dog walk through the ticketed stone-circle field; dog permission does not follow admission entitlement.

Dog walks in the surrounding area: Allowed with restrictions. The separately managed National Trust Stonehenge Landscape has free permissive access with signed dog restrictions. Use the visitor-centre arrival point and marked public/permissive routes; parking is charged separately. Red signs exclude dogs from fields, orange signs require leads and green signs require effective control. Sheep-grazed permissive fields may be dog-free, even when sheep are not visible.

Leads: Leads around the visitor centre; follow the separate National Trust field signs and keep clear of livestock and nesting birds.

Seasonal dog restrictions: Surrounding-field restrictions respond to grazing and wildlife. Fixed seasonal dates are Not confirmed; check gate signs each visit.

Assistance dogs: Registered assistance dogs are welcome throughout, including the stone circle and shuttle; National Trust land welcomes assistance dogs on leads.
