The Choir, Chapel and Presbytery are closed for maintenance. EH advertises 30% off, automatically applied when booking. The published price table retains the full standard tariff; the displayed tiers are explicitly before this discount. No reopening date confirmed.
Open daily 10am-5pm until 24 October, then 10am-4pm from 25 October to 1 November. Weekends 10am-4pm from 2 November to 20 December. Check the official calendar for holiday and event exceptions.
Last entry is normally 45 minutes before closing.
EH members receive free standard admission with their membership card. National Trust membership alone does not cover admission. Advance booking is optional for ordinary admission; special events may differ.
Most areas have firm paths, with cobbles under the gatehouse and grass towards the priory. Steps limit gatehouse and gun-battery access. Disabled parking can be reserved by contacting the site; the access and facilities pages list different capacities.
Parking: General visitors can use independently charged Spanish Battery car park and walk uphill to the gatehouse. Current tariff not confirmed. On-site parking is for disabled visitors by arrangement; EH pages disagree on the number of spaces, so call ahead.

Dog walks in the surrounding area: Not confirmed. Not confirmed: no complete outside dog-walking route with verified access, parking and seasonal restrictions was established in this review. Nearby green space does not establish permission.
