Cartmel Priory Gatehouse

Cartmel Priory Gatehouse is a 14th-century archway gatehouse in the village of Cartmel, the last surviving monastic building apart from the priory church. Once the entrance to the Augustinian priory, it later served as the village school and courthouse.
