Lewesdon Hill

Lewesdon Hill is the highest point in Dorset at 279 metres, crowned by ancient beech trees and surrounded by species-rich grassland. A short but steep walk leads to the summit, which offers panoramic views in every direction. The hill is a haven for wildlife including dormice and a wide range of woodland birds.
